4.1. Example configuration files for scm-fit-config

You can download one of these example configuration files and try it using the command-line script:

• A single state - (1s_observed)

• A 2-state chain, only the latter is observed - (1s)-to-(1s_observed)

• A 2-state model, with two parallel observed states - (2s_parallel_observed)

• A 3-state chain, only the last one is observed - (1s)-to-(1s)-to-(1s_observed)

• A 3-state model, with one input state connected to two parallel states, both of which are observed - (1s)-to-(2s_parallel_observed)

• A 3-state model, with two parallel input states, merging into one observed state - (2s_parallel)-to-(1s_observed)

• A 4-state model, with two parallel input states, merging into one unobserved state, which is connected to a final observed state - (2s_parallel)-to-(1s)-to-(1s_observed)

• A 4-state model, with two parallel input states, each connected to two final observed states - (2s_parallel)-to-(2s_parallel_observed)
